Sneak Peek: Sam and Cam's Wedding in Devon
This wedding just goes to show that if the weather is sub optimal for your day, it is entirely down to you on how you want to play it. It would be very easy to be upset and disappointed, however I encourage everyone who fears rain on their wedding day to take inspiration from Samantha and Cameron.
I am pretty sure that the marquee could have exploded and these two would have continued charming everyone with their infectious smiles - they are just one of the loveliest, most chill couples going!
I mean just look at the smiles on these two!
This incredible energy, from Sam, Cam, and all of their friends/family, supercharged the day to an insane level of straight up exuberance!
They had their ceremony led by a friend which was both really meaningful and absolutely hilarious. Having a celebrant led ceremony, or one led by a friend or family, just makes it extra special and personalised, plus it really sets the tone for the day! 10/10 cannot recommend enough.
I have to shout out the WILD dance floor from this wedding. Everyone went full send, see what I mean below…
I am torn between two quotes of the day so here are both -
A bridesmaid (that shall remain unnamed) mistakenly referring to the Heimlich manoeuvre as ‘the Heineken manoeuvre’
In reference to the field containing a very charming yet slightly surreal assortment of; miniature ponies, alpacas of various shades, and some tiny goats, Videographer Louie saying ‘It looks like someone got pissed and ordered a load of animals off the internet’
I had a LOT of laughs at this wedding - it was a serious amount of fun. Huge love to Sam and Cam for being such incredibly lovely people and for such an amazing day!
