Sneak Peek: Helen and Wesley's Wedding at Bickley Mill

Goodness me this was a truly stunning day!

Although whilst stood in glorious sunshine, I joked with the couple about how the forecast had been for sleet. No word of a lie, 30 minutes later and within the space of about 2 minutes, a full sleet storm rolled in! Luckily, it left as swiftly as it arrived and we got plenty more time in the sun.

Helen and Wes opted for a celebrant led ceremony which I always love and am encouraging people to do! They also had friends and family help out with all sorts of wedding bits which made the day delightfully personal for them. I told Wes that they ought to start a wedding company as everything looked absolutely beautiful!

Talking of beautiful, have you seen Helen and Wes?! Not only are they absolutely gorgeous (and Helen 6 months pregnant!) but they are also incredibly kind and caring with wildly infectious smiles.

Another thing I always urge people to consider is having a smaller wedding. It is certainly not for everyone but if it works for you, small weddings have such an intimate and close feel to them that cannot be described! This was no exception.
