Sneak Peek: Eve and Spike's Wedding at The Corn Barn

I am quite honestly at a loss for words in trying to describe how incredible Saturday was but here goes nothing.

Having known Eve and her family for all eternity, this was always going to be a special one. I have been skiing with Oscar and Ike since I was tiny and one of my first forays into photography was a fashion shoot with Otis, donning clothes that Eve had made! I would often hear about this elusive ‘Spike’ but never got to meet him, only now do I realise what a shame that was.

Name a more iconic power couple than these two. I’ll wait.

Eve and Spike are exceptional people, plain and simple. Hilarious is an understatement to describe them, they are truly the definition of fun. They are kind, they are considerate, and they are stylish af.

Weddings are obviously full of tradition, but I often find that when you break from these traditions are when the most special moments happen.

25 year old flower boy? Fantastic idea.

Humanist ceremony? Really moving.

First look? One of the most beautiful things I have ever shot.

Whether it be breaking from tradition to make things extra special or spraying a bottle of Prosecco at your photographer - anyone reading this who is yet to get married, please take inspiration from these two.

To save me describing the whole day, I will just say that Spike and Eve nailed EVERYTHING. This was a certified BANGER of a wedding.

Although I have tried, I honestly can’t put into words how special Saturday was for me. I am going to have to trust that everyone saw how great of a time I had. Thank you all SO MUCH.

Spike & Eve - You are beautiful people inside and out, never change!

NB: Everyone get yourself an Ike Daeche for your dance floor, this man SLAYS. He can get absolutely anyone to dance with him and any time you look over, you can guarantee he will be doing something utterly hilarious.
