Sneak Peek: Kevin and Danielle's Wedding at Bickley Mill
Well, to say this was a wild day was an understatement! Kevin and Danielle were out to host their wedding on their own terms and my goodness did they nail it.
I often find myself telling couples to plan their wedding in a way that matters to them. There is no point in following traditions if they don’t mean anything to you and the day becomes so much more special if you do it your way.
These two definitely did it their way although it has to be said I was somewhat relieved that Kevin did, in fact, veto the idea of a Harry Potter theme! Instead, they had a really rather stylish gothic theme going which was seriously cool to shoot. Massive shout out to whichever friend made the incredible card box, it is by far my favourite one I have seen in well over 100 weddings!
Every part of the day was full of heart and laughter. When Kev and Danielle weren’t making me laugh, their friends and family were, it really was a crazy day in all the best ways!
To the INCREDIBLE couple - You two are absolutely amazing - keep doing exactly what you are doing. I can’t put into words how great of a time I had with you but hopefully you could tell. I so nearly conceded to your protests for me to put the cameras away and stay but I was so tired that I would have been asleep after one drink!
I very nearly uploaded that one particular, rather hilarious image from the evening that but decided against it for obvious reasons! You will just have to wait for that one…
